Help Desk Engineer
Job Description
The Help Desk Engineer role provides remote and on-site IT support to keep client technology running smoothly, with a focus on Windows operating systems and user applications.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Windows desktop and server operating systems, hardware, peripherals, and applications.
- Install, configure, and support client desktops, laptops, devices, peripherals, and core infrastructure components.
- Deliver responsive customer service by owning issues from initial report to final resolution, whether remote or on-site.
- Maintain professional communication with clients to ensure they feel supported and confident in the solutions provided.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office application support.
- Proven experience troubleshooting and supporting hardware including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
