Technology in Motion, LLC offers an onsite Help Desk Technician role in Columbia, TN on a 90-day 1099 contract. This position focuses on second level support for requests across workstations, printers, phones, and network resources. Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming support calls
- Process and update assigned tickets, with progress notes within 1–2 business days
- Provide both technical assistance and customer service in interactions with end users
- Aim for fast issue resolution while maintaining quality support
- Collaborate within a team and communicate effectively
- Support efforts to maintain and improve customer service perception and satisfaction
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills including telephony, clear communication, active listening, and customer care
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Typing proficiency for accurate service request entry
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and improve
- Technical awareness to match resources to issues appropriately
- Critical thinking and diagnostic abilities for technical problems
