Job Description

Responsibilities
- Provide email support to end users
- Manage security and anti-virus tasks
- Set up PCs within a Windows environment
- Address IP telephone issues
- Set up and maintain user accounts in Active Directory
- Perform hardware support for PCs, printers, and copiers
- Log trouble calls, document resolutions, and record processes used in the position
