Job Description

TPIS is seeking an IT Help Desk professional to provide technical assistance, system support, and information management within the systems department for a financial services client. This onsite role is based in Trujillo Alto Municipio, Puerto Rico.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical support to end users and the organization’s information systems.
  • Monitor networks, servers, and inter-branch communications.
  • Diagnose system issues and track incident resolution.
  • Create regular reports on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual cadence.
  • Administer user access rights to systems and applications.
  • Execute data backups and safeguard data custody.
  • Transmit files to external agencies and service providers.
  • Assist in implementing policies, procedures, and technology upgrades.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
  • At least two years of experience in similar IT roles, preferably within financial institutions or cooperatives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and information systems.
  • Bilingual abilities are preferred, particularly Spanish and English.
  • Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and solid problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under supervision and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Job Overview

Monday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Compensation

Hourly wage: $13.00 per hour
