- Maintain clinical peripherals such as thermal label printers, document and ID scanners, digital signature pads, and credit card terminals (POS).
- Enable telehealth in doctor rooms by testing and maintaining webcam, microphone, and browser configurations.
- Support clinic onboarding by preparing user profiles, deploying workstation hardware, and routing peripherals for new medical assistants, front-desk staff, and providers.
- Perform basic connectivity triage for local clinic Wi-Fi, Ethernet cabling, and VoIP desk phones, escalating to telecom and internet vendors when service issues require it.
- Support HIPAA and endpoint security practices, including confirming automatic workstation lockouts, maintaining local antivirus protection, and ensuring retired equipment is wiped per security protocols.
- Track tickets and manage inventory by documenting technical issues, logging resolution steps, and keeping an organized record of computing hardware and peripherals across sites.
