  • Provide onsite IT coverage, including equipment checks, restarts, cabling, and vendor coordination.
  • Coordinate internet and IT vendor access with building management.
  • Serve as the primary contact for building management and handle facilities and access needs, including access badges, keys, vendors, and office-related requests.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including equipment and workspace setup and ongoing vendor coordination.
  • Coordinate office onboarding for new employees, covering workspace preparation, building access, equipment, and orientation.
  • Partner with administrative teams in France to coordinate onboarding, offboarding, equipment needs, and access requirements.
  • Support the recruiting process from candidate sourcing and communication through interview coordination and offers.
  • Coordinate and proctor candidate assessments covering areas such as Excel, SQL, XML, AI, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
  • Maintain careers page content and support recruiting-related initiatives.
  • Coordinate Dayforce training for consultants, including scheduling, enrollment, certification tracking, and related administration.
  • Support Enforce University (the internal training program) with course coordination, materials, and consultant development.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee and client training data.
  • Provide executive support to Dallas leadership, including meeting coordination, correspondence, status updates, research, and special projects.
  • Act as a trusted resource for the CEO and leadership team for time-sensitive requests, research, problem-solving, analysis, and cross-functional projects.
  • Build and maintain internal knowledge resources and process documentation in SharePoint.
  • Maintain company website content in Wix, including job postings, news, and page updates.
  • Stay current on relevant technology, tools, and industry developments.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred); equivalent professional experience will be considered.
