IT Support Specialist
Job Description
Onsite IT Support Specialist role in Carlisle, PA, delivering hardware, software, and network support for corporate and transportation users.
Responsibilities
- Provide hardware support for virtual servers, Dell laptops and desktops, projectors, Cisco IP phones, LaserJet printers, fax machines, Android tablets, Verizon MiFi hotspots, and Android and iPhone smartphones
- Provide software support for Windows 10 and Windows 11, Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio), OneDrive, Hyland OnBase (document imaging), VPNs, Adobe, Remote Desktop, web browsers, Motive, Gmail, and Android/iOS platforms
- Provide network support for domain and network systems using Microsoft 365 Admin Center, O365 Exchange Admin Center, Microsoft AD Users and Computers, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy Management, Datto, Cisco IOS, Cisco WebEx, Cisco Meraki, and vSphere
Requirements
- Professional level communication with users and vendors
- Advanced Microsoft and PC support capabilities
- Ability to learn and support the network infrastructure
- Minimum of 1 year of related IT support experience
- Associate degree preferred
