Pre-Sales & Technical Support

AEC UPS USA seeks a Technical Associate to strengthen pre-sales engineering and post-sales technical support for UPS and power systems solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales support, including product selection, system sizing, and proposal preparation
• Review customer and project specifications and recommend suitable technical solutions
• Assist the sales team during customer meetings, technical presentations, and solution discussions
• Deliver clear technical proposals and explanations to a range of audiences, from engineers to executive decision-makers
• Run virtual product demonstrations and facilitate technical training sessions
• Conduct hands-on product training for customers, partners, and distributors
• Provide post-sales support through the project lifecycle, including troubleshooting and application guidance
• Partner with customers, distributors, and engineering teams to support successful project implementation

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical pre-sales and/or post-sales support
• Technical background in areas such as electrical engineering, power systems, UPS, renewable energy, switchgear, or related industries
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field (preferred)
• Based in or willing to work from Miami-Dade or Broward County, FL

Work Location

• Onsite in Doral, FL

Compensation

• Up to USD 7,000 per month
