Job Description

Holtec in Camden, NJ (hybrid) seeks a Senior IT Help Desk Administrator to support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across office and production environments, with a salary range of USD 75,000 - 90,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Minimum three years of experience, with five or more years in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure management preferred.
  • Solid expertise in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Proficiency with Active Directory, including user management, permissions, and group policy administration.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network environments.
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication abilities.

End-User & Helpdesk Support

  • Handle daily IT support requests via the company ticketing system, ManageEngine ServiceDesk or equivalent.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Windows 10/11, Office 365, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Provide on-site and remote support for staff at all organizational levels.
  • Manage Active Directory user accounts, passwords, and security groups.
  • Administer Office 365 licenses and mailboxes, including multi-factor authentication (MFA).
  • Install and configure approved software per corporate IT standards.
  • Maintain accurate asset inventories for hardware and software across multiple facilities.
  • Deliver user training and promote cybersecurity and proper system use.
  • Document and track all work in accordance with ITIL and company standards.
