Job Description
Weber State University is hiring a Part-time Technical Support Specialist in Ogden, Utah. This onsite role focuses on keeping computer systems running smoothly through desktop support, system monitoring, and hands-on technical support and troubleshooting. Training is provided, and prior technical experience is not required.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will support daily technology needs through direct desktop assistance and ongoing monitoring. The work includes a wide variety of technical support and troubleshooting tasks, helping ensure systems stay available and issues are resolved accurately.

- Hourly pay: $14.75 per hour
- Training raise: $0.25/hr raise after initial training
Minimum requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Able to work during a portion of core hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM M-F
Preferred qualifications
- Past customer service experience
- Computer troubleshooting skills
