IT Support

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot inbound calls related to IT tickets
• Diagnose and resolve issues with computers, printers, and connectivity
• Enter data into the system accurately
• Address customer questions or route to the appropriate colleague
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using available tools and resources
• Balance multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain composure under pressure

Requirements

• Two years of technical help desk or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Exceptional business communication skills, including grammar and phone/email etiquette
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
• Server hardware experience is a plus
• Strong organizational abilities

Schedule

Onsite work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
