Job Description
IT Support Associate II with Amazon OpsTech IT supports operations facilities across a defined region, handling IT equipment management, incident resolution, onboarding training, and customer support, with travel and lifting requirements, a comprehensive benefits package, and compensation of $23-$37 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Oversee allocation, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
- Receive and resolve support requests and manage standard operating procedures across the network.
- Assist with onboarding and training for new hires.
- Pursue ongoing learning of new technologies and tools.
- Support customers across multiple nearby facilities as well as remote clients.
- Lift up to 49 pounds and stand or walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
- Travel locally or regionally to provide on-site customer support.
Requirements
- Experience working with computer systems and troubleshooting.
- Track record in dynamic, customer-service oriented environments.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand or walk during shifts up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
- 1+ years of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems support or equivalent experience.
