Job Description
Clearwater Analytics, LLC is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join the Boise, Idaho onsite team. As the first point of contact for more than 700 employees, you’ll troubleshoot day-to-day tech issues, configure equipment, and support hardware, Microsoft 365, and device management to keep workflows humming.
Responsibilities
- Address help desk tickets and in-person requests from office staff
- Diagnose and fix hardware and software issues on Windows and macOS devices
- Escalate complex problems to senior teammates and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain clear ticket status updates for users and management
- Image, configure, and deploy laptops and workstations for new hires
- Perform basic hardware repairs (RAM, hard drives, peripherals)
- Unbox, inventory, and asset-tag incoming equipment
- Set up displays, AV gear, and standing desks
- Onboard devices using Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Intune
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID (password resets, unlocks, group membership)
- Support basic Exchange/M365 tasks such as shared mailboxes and distribution lists
- Keep knowledge base articles and SOPs accurate and up to date
- Document recurring issues and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related role (internships and coursework count)
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, MAC OS, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, Azure / Entra ID and user account management
- Comfort with setting up and troubleshooting hardware
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple requests
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
