Maintenance Technical Support Call Analyst
Job Description
Linde Gas US is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technical Support Call Analyst to join the Tonawanda team. This role combines frontline customer service with hands-on remote troubleshooting of cryogenic equipment and the coordination of field service delivery for customers. The right candidate brings an associate degree or equivalent technical experience and at least two years in a customer-facing role, with work performed in Tonawanda, NY.
Compensation
Salary: USD 63,375 - 92,950 per year

Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and outbound inquiries from technicians, drivers, sales staff, and customers requesting information or service on their supply systems
- Log and coordinate service requests from customers in an efficient manner
- Handle emails from drivers reporting maintenance issues at customer sites
- Remotely diagnose and resolve minor problems with cryogenic equipment on customer systems
- Configure and perform basic troubleshooting of Remote Telemetry Units
- Collaborate with on-site Customer Service Technicians to support field service delivery
Requirements
