Technical Support Specialist

Contractdata offers an on site, hands on IT support role in Myrtle Beach. You will work directly with corporate users, networks, UniFi Wi Fi, and commercial camera systems across hotels, condos, offices, and other properties. This is a full time, on site position that values practical problem solving, reliability, and growth opportunities. Responsibilities

• Support corporate desktop and laptop users
• Troubleshoot business networks
• Support and maintain guest Wi Fi environments built on UniFi
• Assist with commercial camera systems (troubleshooting, maintenance, validation)
• Work directly in hotels, condos, offices, and commercial properties
