Tier Three Technical Support

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-depth technical support to C5ISR TSIG Programs, including Picketline, TSPRING, and SCAMP.
• Provide system and network support with advanced remote diagnostics and specialized tools to resolve anomalies.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
• Administer and manage administrator and service accounts.
• Execute software and firmware updates and patching.
• Troubleshoot existing data flows with external teams.
• Assist in developing new data flows for emerging data and capability requirements.
• Conduct system configuration management.
• Identify and substantiate or rectify system deviations.
• On-site, full-time work at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD with a five-day workweek; shift changes may be required to cover off hours and weekends; may transition to 12-hour days with a shortened work week.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent technical field, or a Management/Leadership Degree with 14+ years of overall experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of direct experience in IT or information assurance or equivalent relevant disciplines, including industry development contractor or DoD background.
• Additional years of experience may substitute for a degree.
• IAT II Level Certification in line with DoD 8570.
• Relevant computing environment certifications (Linux+, Microsoft Windows Certified Administrator, Red Hat Certified Administration).
• Experience with Windows OS and Linux; basic understanding of virtualization and containerization technologies (LKVM, ESXi, Hyper-V, Docker, Podman, Kubernetes).
• TS/SCI Security Clearance is required to begin employment and to maintain employment on the contract; a current Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph or higher is also required.
• Candidate must be a US citizen.
• Dual citizenship is a disqualifier for this position.
• Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD (onsite).
• Salary: USD 160,001 - 200,000 per year.
