Job Description

This on-site hybrid role in Springfield, Missouri blends technical support for company products with brand-building and dealer-partner development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide phone-based technical support to live clients and field technicians, troubleshooting company products.
  • Communicate effective solutions for firmware, software, and other proprietary technology issues.
  • Utilize company systems to create issue tickets and coordinate parts delivery to clients.
  • Update and maintain the existing database of client systems and hardware monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the division Director to identify and pursue new Authorized Dealer partnerships.
  • Identify and drive technology upgrade or conversion opportunities with existing clients nationwide.
  • Schedule and manage appointments with prospective Authorized Dealers, including in-person demos, Teams meetings, and product launches.
  • Proactively follow up with prospective Dealer accounts via email, text/SMS, and phone calls.
  • Coordinate with the division team to support revenue goals as needed.
  • Receive training on new and existing company technology, both in-house and in the field.
  • Plan and manage marketing events at local and nationwide scopes.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude with modern technology.
  • Experience with audio-visual systems, IT infrastructure, intermediate networking concepts, and software applications.
  • Ability to quickly learn and internalize technical system functionality.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and self-discipline.
  • Marketing experience with familiarity across social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Ability to build brand awareness through content creation, ad development, and growth strategies.
  • Understanding of content posting versus paid advertising and overall brand strategy.
  • Comfort making weekly outbound calls to acquire new wholesale dealership accounts and partners.
  • Confident communicator with a warm, approachable personality.
  • Willingness to work in a commission-adjacent role.
  • Previous account management and/or B2B sales experience preferred.
