Work from home in Mississippi as a Remote Customer Service / Tech Support Representative with Concentrix. You will support inbound customer needs and help resolve technical issues for client products, with paid training, career growth options, and the flexibility of a home-based, distraction-free workspace. This role offers a base pay of $15/hr (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage) plus incentives and referral opportunities.
What you’ll do
- Provide inbound customer support following a call flow guide
- Resolve technical issues tied to hardware, software, and client products
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Recommend additional products and/or services when appropriate
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a friendly, service-focused approach
- Act as a problem-solver to move issues toward resolution
What you bring
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Technical support experience preferred
- A strong focus on building customer relationships
- Open availability
- High school diploma or GED
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to ask probing questions to reach resolution
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge

- High-speed internet with no wireless/hotspots or satellite, plus a smartphone
