Client Technical Support Consultant III

ADP is hiring a Client Technical Support Consultant III in Roseland, New Jersey, offering remote work options and a focus on solving second-level post-live issues within SLA while partnering on SAP HCM and payroll solutions. This role combines technical problem solving with leadership and cross-functional collaboration to support clients through complex HR technology implementations.

Location: Roseland, NJ (remote). Salary: USD 114,982 - 206,700 per year. Education requirements include a Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of three years of related experience.

Requirements

• Education and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, plus five years of related experience; Master’s degree with three years of related experience accepted; three-year degree or a combination of degrees or diplomas may meet the bachelor requirement.
