Job Description

ADP is hiring a Client Technical Support Consultant III in Roseland, New Jersey, offering remote work options and a focus on solving second-level post-live issues within SLA while partnering on SAP HCM and payroll solutions. This role combines technical problem solving with leadership and cross-functional collaboration to support clients through complex HR technology implementations.

Location: Roseland, NJ (remote). Salary: USD 114,982 - 206,700 per year. Education requirements include a Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of three years of related experience.

  • Address inevitable challenges by identifying effective solutions.
  • Provide second-level post-live issue resolution within SLA timeframes, including investigation, solution identification, recommendation, configuration, unit testing and solution documentation. Requirements

  • Education and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, plus five years of related experience; Master’s degree with three years of related experience accepted; three-year degree or a combination of degrees or diplomas may meet the bachelor requirement. Telecommuting permitted.
  • Work Experience: Two years of experience must include SAP HCM; SAP Development; Personnel Administration (PA); US payroll; Organizational Management (OM); Time Management (TM); SF Integration with HCM; WD Integration with HCM; Resolving customer end-user CRM inquiries and escalated issue tickets; XML; Oracle Integration with HCM; ABAP code for HCM; SFTP File transmission; General Ledger HCM Postings; Year End Interface Activities/Compliance Integration.
