Desktop Support

Realign LLC is hiring a Desktop Support professional to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support in a regulated pharmaceutical and life sciences environment onsite in Indianapolis, IN.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1/Level 2 technical support for end users and desktop technology
• Troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, operating systems, networking, and applications
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain desktop hardware and software
• Support Windows environments and Microsoft Office 365, including related enterprise applications
• Handle incident and service request workflows using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tooling
• Perform user account creation, password resets, access management, and basic Active Directory administration
• Support connectivity and end-user technologies including VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN, printers, and scanners
• Provide technical support for users operating in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and laboratory environments
• Follow IT policies, SOPs, security procedures, and documentation standards required for regulated settings
• Assist with software installs, system upgrades, device deployments, and hardware refresh activities
• Maintain accurate documentation for troubleshooting steps, resolutions, assets, and support activities
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, security, and network teams to resolve complex issues
• Provide onsite support and maintain a high level of customer service for both business and technical users
