Job Description

DYOPATH is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst I to deliver on-site IT support at its Waco, TX location. In this role, you will help keep desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and related peripherals running smoothly by troubleshooting day-to-day issues and supporting system updates within internal service expectations.

What you’ll do

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues through phone, chat, or in person
  • Install, deploy, and maintain company systems and applications
  • Track, manage, and resolve incidents using internal ticketing systems while meeting SLAs
  • Perform software updates, including Microsoft security patches and antivirus signature updates
  • Document support processes and create knowledge base articles
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and technicians as needed
  • Order parts required for hardware maintenance and repairs
  • Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, OR 2 years of equivalent work experience
  • A+ Certification preferred
  • Intermediate troubleshooting skills for hardware and software
  • Familiarity with Microsoft O365 Suite and SharePoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented approach with a strong customer service focus
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Comfort working collaboratively in a team environment
  • Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check prior to hire

Schedule and pay

  • Location: On-site, Waco, TX
  • Schedule: 1st Shift, 7:00a to 4:30p CST, Monday through Friday
  • Pay rate: USD 22 per hour
