Location and work arrangement

Responsibilities
- Solid troubleshooting skills across desktops, applications, and networks
- Proven verbal and written communication supporting end users in a call center setting, with use of remote support tools as needed
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to quality
- Hands-on experience with Windows 7/10, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office 2013/2016
- Provide on-site and remote Help Desk support
- Maintain networked computers including new installs, upgrades, and imaging
- Use remote monitoring and management software to address client requests
- Document, review, and improve existing or new procedures and workflows
- Respond to client support requests via tickets, calls, and emails
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor degree, or equivalent combination of training and experience
- 2 to 3 years of Technical Support experience
- More than two years of prior Help Desk or Desktop Support experience
- Experience delivering end-user desktop support across multiple sites on a corporate campus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- A+, MCP or similar certifications are a plus
- Experience with AutoTask, ConnectWise, or other remote monitoring management and ticketing systems is a plus
- Experience in an MSP or supporting multiple clients is a plus
- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Ability to pass a background check
