IT Support Analyst - In Office
Job Description
This in-office IT Support Analyst position supports end users and handles onsite IT service work for a growing organization. The role is based in Medford, OR and requires commuting within 30 minutes of the area.
Role Overview
As an in-person IT Support Analyst, you will deliver real-time IT support and perform onsite, customer-facing field tasks as well as work that is completed in the office. The position involves maintaining and diagnosing a range of infrastructure and endpoint systems.

Compensation
- Pay: USD 23 - 28 per hour
- Starting compensation: $23-$28/hr (DOE and the value you bring to the team each day)
- Wage considerations: Depends on meeting personal training achievement and production goals, delivering value each day, and always acting in the best interest of the client
Key Responsibilities
- Perform real-time IT support services in a growing firm
- Provide excellent end user support
- Install, maintain, diagnose, and service servers, workstations, and network hardware
- Support VoIP systems, wireless networking, and printing/scanning solutions
- Support onsite customer-facing field work as well as in-office work
Required Experience
- Customer relationship management: 1 year (Required)
- Windows: 2 years (Required)
- IT support: 2 years (Required)
- Software troubleshooting: 2 years (Required)
Required Skills and Knowledge
- IT skills, knowledge, and paid IT experience
- Windows 11 setup, upgrades, maintenance, use, and repair
- Windows Server 2016-2025 Active Directory/domain physical and Hyper-V knowledge
- General network systems including switches, routers, IDS/IPS, routing, and firewall management
- Hardware/software systems diagnostics, patching, and upgrades
- Security risk management knowledge (HIPAA/PCI)
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
- Familiarity with RMM tools and CRM (Connectwise Manage)
- Ability to execute and complete tasks effectively
- Reliable transportation is required
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
- Pass a background check and drug test
