IT Support Specialist III
Job Description
Join National Networks, LLC in Lake Charles, LA as an onsite IT Support Specialist III focused on advanced technical issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Work in a ticketing system such as AutoTask or ConnectWise
- Manage and resolve Tier 3 service tickets in a timely manner
- Use expert verbal communication to guide technical issues to resolution
- Apply certified-level knowledge and experience across Windows and cloud-based technologies
- Leverage expert knowledge of firewalls, routers, and layer 2/3 switches and related networking devices
- Use expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Server Operating Systems and networks
- Document customer interactions for support and ticket history
- Install, make changes to, and repair computer hardware and software
- Collaborate with a team and know when to ask for help
Requirements
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer designation (preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in a help desk environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts with minimal notice
- Available to work regular overtime
- Proficiency with Apple computers
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized to keep help desk tickets in order
- Ability to diagnose and resolve advanced computer technical issues
- At least 4 years minimum experience (as listed)
