IT Support Technician

Join a three-person IT Operations team supporting a local manufacturing environment in Boscawen, NH as an IT Support Technician.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other general office equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end users
• Assist with imaging, configuring, and deploying new PCs and printers
• Support and help maintain existing systems in a Windows domain environment
• Assist with configuring new systems and joining them to the domain
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and basic Active Directory tasks under guidance from senior IT staff
• Document recurring issues, solutions, and standard procedures
• Escalate more complex network, server, or security issues to senior IT staff as needed
• Maintain a professional, customer-service-oriented approach when supporting employees

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications (or actively pursuing)
• Equivalent hands-on experience may be considered in place of formal education/certifications
• Basic understanding of Windows domain architecture including Active Directory and Group Policy, plus DNS/DHCP fundamentals
• Familiarity troubleshooting PCs, printers, and peripheral devices
• Strong communication skills with a willingness to learn
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple support requests
• On-site role in Boscawen, NH, with remote work possible on an exception basis

Compensation

• Salary range: USD 55,000 - 70,000 per year
• Compensation commensurate with education and/or experience
• Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
