Junior Tech Support Analyst
Job Description

Responsibilities
- Provide front-line technical support for day-to-day technology needs, including desktops, laptops, phones, and basic network connectivity.
- Act as a first point of contact for technology support requests.
- Respond to tickets and calls and manage routine requests through to resolution.
- Troubleshoot reported issues, determine priority, and resolve routine technical problems.
- Coordinate with more senior technical staff when issues require additional expertise.
- Support reliable, functional technology so staff can do their work effectively.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience providing help desk or technical support to in-person and remote users in a Windows environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to support users with varying technical expertise.
- Experience using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office products.
- Familiarity with Windows systems in a domain network environment.
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking principles, network cabling, Wi-Fi, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Experience documenting technical issues, including troubleshooting steps and solutions.
Schedule, Location, and Role Details
- Not a remote position; new hire is expected to reside in the Denver Metro upon starting.
- Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, with on-call hours each month.
- May include some evening or weekend work for patches and updates.
- Work is performed in-facility at offices in Centennial, Colorado (work location listed as Centennial, CO 80121).
Compensation and Benefits
Pay range: $25.69 - $32.12 per hour (starting pay based on experience). Hiring range corresponds to Grade 15. Position type is Full-time.
