Job Description

Experienced Service Desk Lead to oversee enterprise IT support operations, providing hands-on technical leadership for executives and enterprise users across legal, accounting, financial services, and large corporate environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the enterprise IT Service Desk team in a complex, corporate setting.
  • Provide escalation support for intricate technical issues and for executive-level users.
  • Administer Azure Entra ID / Azure Active Directory and handle user provisioning and deprovisioning.
  • Configure and manage Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and group governance.
  • Maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, DNS, and patch management.
  • Operate and support AWS infrastructure and cloud services.
  • Monitor, triage, and resolve service desk tickets while achieving SLA and KPI targets.
  • Design and implement IT automation workflows using Power Automate, n8n, or similar platforms.
  • Automate routine IT tasks such as account provisioning, approvals, notifications, and reporting.
  • Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
  • Improve service desk processes by applying ITIL best practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in IT support or service desk roles.
  • 2+ years in a Service Desk Lead, Senior Service Desk, or IT Team Lead role.
  • Experience in enterprise IT environments such as law offices, accounting firms, financial services, or large corporations.
  • Azure Entra ID / Azure Active Directory experience.
  • Windows Server administration.
  • AWS cloud support experience.
  • Proficiency with Power Automate, n8n, or similar IT automation tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, cloud, networking, and enterprise applications.
  • Excellent communication skills with executives and business stakeholders.
