Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver dependable Tier 1 help desk and Tier 2 escalation support to customers.
• Provide clear technical guidance and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems with efficiency and accuracy.
• Create, configure, and manage user accounts to ensure seamless system access.
• Guide customers through application configuration steps to optimize performance.
• Collaborate directly with vendor support teams to resolve complex issues.

Requirements

• Active NSA Facility Security Program (FSP) clearance.
• Proven experience handling help desk tickets, engaging with customers, investigating issues, and communicating status and resolutions clearly.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication skills to ensure effective, helpful interactions with customers.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Requires TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance to start.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
