Responsibilities
- Deliver dependable Tier 1 help desk and Tier 2 escalation support to customers.
- Provide clear technical guidance and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems with efficiency and accuracy.
- Create, configure, and manage user accounts to ensure seamless system access.
- Guide customers through application configuration steps to optimize performance.
- Collaborate directly with vendor support teams to resolve complex issues.
Requirements
- Active NSA Facility Security Program (FSP) clearance.
- Proven experience handling help desk tickets, engaging with customers, investigating issues, and communicating status and resolutions clearly.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure effective, helpful interactions with customers.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Requires TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance to start.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
