Technical Support Specialist-5

What you will do

• Troubleshoot issues and work through the underlying causes when something is not functioning.
• Handle unfamiliar problems using a logical, methodical approach.
• Learn new technologies quickly, including researching unfamiliar systems as needed.
• Work without step-by-step instructions and still maintain progress toward resolution.
• Ask good questions and determine when additional information is required.
• Know when to continue troubleshooting, when to request help, and when to escalate.
