Job Description

Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking a temporary IT Help Desk Support Technician to provide frontline end-user support in Honolulu, onsite. The role emphasizes assisting users, configuring and troubleshooting devices, and handling basic IT service tasks within Microsoft 365 and Windows environments. This contract position offers hourly pay and requires prior IT support experience.

  • Salary: USD 26 - 32 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day end-user technical support in person, by phone, and remotely
  • Set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications, including user accounts, email, and access issues
  • Assist with basic IT systems and operational support to ensure smooth IT functionality
  • Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and IT assets
  • Support overall daily IT service coverage and team initiatives

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in IT help desk or technical support
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
  • Experience with device management and troubleshooting hardware/software issues
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive
