Job Description
The IT Support Specialist position is an on-site, full-time hourly role based in Cleveland, Ohio. It provides desktop, network, and business-application support with a focus on troubleshooting and user assistance, and offers a compensation range of USD 20 to 23 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Maintain seamless technological operations across the IT environment.
- Support a variety of endpoint devices, network infrastructure, and business applications.
- Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional user support.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal communication and documentation skills
- Ability to quickly write reports, user instructions, and procedure manuals
- Experience providing desktop support or similar IT support roles
- Familiarity with Office 365 and Azure environments including Intune, Defender, Entra ID
- Knowledge of Group Policy, Active Directory, and virtualized server systems (VMware)
- Basic understanding of SaaS applications and hardware repair coordination
- Ability to multi-task and maintain composure in demanding situations
