Job Description
E-Solutions IT Services Private Limited is seeking an IT Technical Support specialist to join our onsite team in Kokomo, Indiana. The role centers on delivering Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and networks, handling incident management and providing strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Overview
As part of our technology group, you will deliver comprehensive technical assistance to end users, ensuring the reliable operation of hardware, software, and network systems across the organization. The position offers an opportunity to apply your technical expertise in a dynamic setting, supporting a range of IT infrastructure components while maintaining a focus on customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, and remote users.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with Windows, Microsoft Office, printers, hardware, and network connectivity.
- Record, track, and close incidents using the help desk ticketing system.
- Support Active Directory, SCCM, VPN access, and security applications.
- Perform PC/laptop repairs, software deployments, and manage IT assets.
- Coordinate with Server and Network teams to troubleshoot infrastructure problems.
- Deliver IT support for VIP and executive users while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Document technical procedures and FAQs, and maintain IT inventory.
- Assist with IT security administration and adherence to company IT policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of corporate IT technical support or desktop support experience.
- Strong proficiency with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and SCCM.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, laptops, and desktops.
- Basic knowledge of networking, servers, VPN, and IT security.
- Experience using help desk or ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Willingness to work occasional nights/weekends and travel up to 10% when required.
