Nomadic Innovations is seeking a Warranty and Technical Support Specialist for an on-site role in Elkhart, IN. You will diagnose product issues for DC air conditioners and awnings, guide customers toward practical solutions, and manage warranty claims with accuracy and empathy. Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for DC air conditioners and awnings
- Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues via phone, email, chat, or remote access tools, and resolve them
- Process and manage warranty claims following company policies
- Document customer interactions, technical findings, and resolutions precisely in the ticketing system
- Assist customers with installation, setup, configuration, and basic repairs
- Coordinate with engineering, production, or management to escalate complex or recurring issues
- Keep current on product information, warranty procedures, and technical documentation
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically to ensure customer satisfaction

Work Environment
- Full-time, primarily desk-based position in Elkhart, IN
- Team-oriented environment with independent responsibilities
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in warranty administration or technical support
- HVAC or electrical system knowledge
- RV industry experience (3–5 years preferred)
