IT Support Associate II, OTS

Amazon Operations facilities depend on IT systems that stay reliable across multiple sites, and this role helps keep those environments running. As an IT Support Associate II (OTS), you will support a defined geographic area by diagnosing and resolving technical issues across several IT disciplines, while also working with both onsite and remote customers.

What you’ll do

• Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handle support requests and follow established procedures across the network.
• Assist with training new hires.
• Continue learning new technologies to support evolving environments.
• Support customers across multiple buildings in the area, plus remote customers.
• Travel within your local or regional area to support customers.

Basic qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Experience working in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer service.
• Physical capability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems support experience, or equivalent experience.

Compensation and location

• Location: Carrollton, TX (onsite)
• Pay: USD 23.50 - 37.74 per hour
• Final starting pay will be based on experience, qualifications, and location.
