Job Description

DominateForex LLC is seeking 3 experienced IT technicians for a short-term, 4-day enterprise pilot migration focused on on-site desktop support and Microsoft Intune-enabled pilot deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Provision, configure, and migrate endpoint hardware and operating systems to target platforms using modern deployment workflows.
  • Manage device enrollment, apply baseline configurations, verify compliance policies, and deploy core software packages through Microsoft Intune.
  • Deliver white-glove, post-migration floor support for end users, troubleshooting hardware, OS, application, and access issues in real time.
  • Validate user and identity details after migration, including user profiles, Active Directory / Entra ID groups, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and permissions.
  • Diagnose and resolve edge-case migration failures, document technical bugs and resolutions, and share post-pilot feedback with the lead architecture team.
  • Support hardware swaps and workstation setup, including cable management, monitor configuration, and peripheral testing.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of enterprise IT experience in desktop support, workstation migration, or endpoint engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) for device management, profiles, and application deployments.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration, including user profile data migration and local system troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of Active Directory / Entra ID plus DNS, DHCP, and VPN configuration and basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills, including assistance for non-technical users under tight deployment deadlines.
  • Fully available for all 4 on-site days from November 9 through November 12.
