NetGain Technologies LLC offers a Help Desk L2 role built for hands-on infrastructure problem solving across multiple client environments. This is a hybrid position in Little Rock, AR with a salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 per year, plus an experience-based pathway supported by real investment in your credentials and compensation.
What you’ll do
As a Systems Engineer L2, you will handle escalations from Tier 1 and work through complex client issues across networking, servers, and cloud platforms. The work includes remote support with occasional onsite requirements, along with clear documentation so both your team and clients stay aligned.
- Resolve escalated incidents and complex issues coming from Tier 1
- Support and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Configure and maintain network infrastructure including VLANs, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
- Troubleshoot network performance, connectivity, and routing challenges across client environments
- Assist with firewall configuration, security policies, and access controls such as NAT and ACLs
- Work with virtualization environments, including VMware
- Provide remote support and occasional onsite support as needed
- Document work clearly for team visibility and client success
Skills and experience needed
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, systems, or an MSP environment
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Exposure to firewalls, VPNs, or virtualization
- A strong troubleshooting mindset and clear communication skills
