Amazon.com Services LLC invites you to join their Renton, WA on-site IT team as an IT Support Associate II. This role centers on imaging, deployment, and lifecycle management of end-user equipment within a corporate warehouse environment. You’ll handle daily operations and contribute to projects that enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day IT imaging tasks, including imaging, troubleshooting, data destruction, repair, and related activities
- Assist and collaborate on IT projects tied to imaging, deployment, and lifecycle management of end-user devices
- Maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles
- Provide escalation support for challenging technical problems
- Contribute to the development and implementation of technical solutions to improve operational efficiency and service quality
Requirements
- 1+ years of corporate setting Windows, macOS, or Linux operating system support experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems

Physical requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for 8 to 10 hours per shift
