Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Job Description
Accenture Flex in Boston is seeking an onsite Infra Tech Support Practitioner to provide deskside end-user support, manage devices, and collaborate on IT infrastructure projects, while assisting in defining and testing data center components. This contract role includes onsite support for end-user devices and a focus on delivering reliable, secure IT services at multiple locations, with an hourly compensation range of USD 32 to 42.
Responsibilities
- Assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components, and conducting testing efforts, with the ability to work independently and develop into a subject matter expert.
- Actively participate in team discussions and offer practical solutions to work-related problems.
- Provide onsite deskside support for end-user devices (Windows, Mac, mobile, peripherals) and enterprise applications.
- Manage devices using enterprise tools such as Jamf Pro, Intune, SCCM, and Active Directory.
- Deliver VIP or white-glove support to executives and senior leaders.
- Oversee and coordinate deskside operations across multiple locations.
- Track and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs, reporting on incident trends and service metrics.
- Serve as the primary regional escalation point for deskside support issues.
- Partner with IT teams (Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, Network) for escalations and cross-functional projects.
- Identify and implement process improvements and standardize deskside practices.
- Maintain compliance with IT security standards, client policies, and audit requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
- At least 1 year of desktop management.
- High School Diploma or GED.
