Praxis Computing, Inc. is seeking an IT Help Desk / Technical Support Representative (MSP) to support client businesses running Windows and macOS environments. This hybrid role in Culver City includes troubleshooting, direct user assistance, ticket documentation, and system maintenance, with close collaboration alongside experienced engineers.
Role Overview
As an IT Support Technician (MSP), you will handle incidents and service requests across hardware, software, and networking issues. The position is designed as a growth path, giving you exposure to real client environments and opportunities to develop deeper technical skills while partnering with senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking problems
- Support users by phone, remote access, and occasionally on-site
- Document and maintain support tickets
- Assist with system maintenance and equipment installs
- Work alongside senior engineers on more complex issues
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of IT support or help desk experience
- 1 year of Windows experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–2 years of IT support or help desk experience
- MSP experience is a big plus

Location and Schedule
This position is hybrid in Culver City, CA. During training, the role is in-office in Culver City, then transitions to a hybrid schedule with two days per week remote and occasional visits to client sites. The work location is Hybrid remote in Culver City, CA 90230.
Compensation and Job Type
- Job type: Full-time
- Pay: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
- Bonus: Bonus opportunities in addition to the listed salary range
