Responsibilities

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience providing Tier I or II IT support in an enterprise or DoW environment
- Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems and common enterprise applications
- Experience with Active Directory user and group administration
- Experience maintaining ticketing workflows and documenting actions clearly for audit and compliance
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
- Ability to resolve hardware and software issues with minimal oversight
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- TS/SCI clearance
- Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification

Compensation
The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000 to $108,000 per year (USD). This range represents typical salary for the role and is part of Booz Allen's total compensation package. This posting closes within 90 days from the posting date.
