Responsibilities
- Engage customers in the field using the Serve, Solve, Sell framework to guide interactions.
- Complete paid training to prepare for independent field work.
- Meet customers at their homes, places of work, or other convenient locations.
- Pre-schedule engagements to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Deliver outstanding service throughout each interaction, keeping the customer first.
- Apply technical expertise to diagnose and resolve issues, presenting clear solutions for customers with varying levels of tech knowledge.
- Ensure customers leave with a workable resolution and a product aligned with future tech needs.
- Recommend products from Asurionβs expanding lineup to provide tailored solutions.
- Listen actively to uncover needs and position products accordingly.
- Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to close appropriate sales.
- Consistently apply the Serve, Solve, Sell model in field interactions.
Requirements
- Comfortable working in a sales environment with target-based goals.
- A valid driverβs license and a clean driving record with at least one year of driving experience.
- Ability to provide proof of valid car insurance (Manhattan is excluded).
- A personal vehicle (motorcycles are not included); travel up to 120 miles one-way.
- Flexibility to work a varied five-day week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A personal cellphone to stay connected on the job.
- Comfortable working around household pets.

Pay Rate

Part-Time Schedule
- Afternoon and evening availability is required for this role.
- Typically, schedules run five days with shifts from 4:05 PM to 9:00 PM, end times varying by customer needs.
- In select markets, a flexible 4+ day option may be available. This option requires at least 25 hours per week across four days, with at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and shifts between 12:05 PM and 9:00 PM. Start times can be as late as 4:00 PM, with work required until 9:00 PM on scheduled days.
