The role involves mobile on-site and remote IT support for a McDonald’s franchisee, delivering technical assistance across multiple restaurant locations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for restaurant staff, addressing hardware, software, network, and operating system issues promptly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot equipment problems including computers, mobile devices, printers, POS systems, and networking hardware such as routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls, and LAN/WAN configurations.
- Manage help desk tickets, document issues, track resolutions, and communicate progress effectively.
- Support Active Directory management for user account setup, permissions adjustments, and password resets while ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Assist with computer management tasks including OS installation, updates (Windows), hardware upgrades, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Conduct network troubleshooting involving connectivity issues and firewall settings to maintain optimal network performance.
- Collaborate with IT teams on infrastructure projects such as deploying new hardware or software solutions to ensure smooth implementation across locations.
Requirements
- OTP certifications and McDonald’s IT infrastructure experience are required.

Compensation
USD 60,000 - 75,000 per year
Experience and Education
Minimum 3 years of experience. Education: High school or equivalent.
