Job Description

Part-time in-home field role in Cleveland, OH, focused on Serve, Solve, Sell with paid training, base pay plus commissions, mileage reimbursement, and a phone stipend.

Responsibilities

  • Be on the front lines helping customers through the Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach as a Field Sales Representative.
  • Complete paid training to prepare you for independent field work.
  • Meet customers in-home, in-office, or wherever they are; pre-schedule interactions to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every interaction, prioritizing the customer.
  • Apply your expertise to address and resolve tech issues, presenting clear solutions for customers at any level of technical know-how.
  • Ensure customers leave with a workable resolution and a product that supports their future tech needs.
  • Leverage Asurion’s product lineup to present tailored solutions for customers.
  • Listen actively to uncover needs and position products that address them.
  • Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to pivot smoothly and close the right sale.
  • Engage in ongoing coaching and mentoring to support growth and maintain confidence in tech-savvy expertise.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working in a sales environment with clear targets.
  • Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year of driving experience.
  • Ability to provide proof of valid car insurance (Manhattan excluded).
  • Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles). Travel up to 120 miles one-way.
  • 5-day, varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Personal cellphone to stay connected while on the job.
  • Comfortable working around household pets.
  • Efficient, adaptable, goal-oriented, and persuasive communication skills.
  • Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills applicable across careers.
  • Naturally outgoing with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible hours may be required based on business needs and market demand.

Benefits

  • Base hourly rate is guaranteed for all hours worked and paid bi-weekly; earned pay can be accessed early.
  • Uncapped commissions based on sales performance, paid bi-weekly.
